The ACTORS

Mark Choo Hoong Leong made his stage debut in Chee Sek Thim's Ang Tau Mui staged early this year. This marks his second stage appearance.

Lim How Ngean. The Descendants of the Eunuch Admiral is a coming home of sorts for How Ngean after taking a break from theatre for nearly two years. His last appearance was in Five Arts Centre's Family in 1998. How Ngean's involvement in theatre began in university in Singapore. Past productions across the causeway include works by TheatreWorks, ActionTheatre and Asia In Theatre Research Circus.

Mark Teh is a founding member of youth theatre group ARTicle 19, and was last seen in Kecoh (Five Arts Centre) and Amir Muhammad's Lips to Lips. He is currently producer of The Very Moody Show on WOW radio.

Ida Mariana first took on the stage in a comedy directed by Tim Evans, Pouring Out of Me in 1998. What followed after were Mergers & Accusations with Five Arts Centre (a director's workshop performance) and A Slice of Saturday Night with Music Theatre. After a year's silence she is eager and excited to take on the stage and perform again.

Zoe Christian has been in the performing arts arena since she was 19 and since then has had extensive training in acting, singing and dance. For six months now Zoe has been calling KL her home. Her credits on stage include works at The Harlequin Show Palace, Boom Boom Singapore & Malaysia and the Langkawi Rampaisari (representing Singapore). Zoe has also worked with directors such as the late Anthony Thien with the Neptune Theatre Troupe, Bernado Bernado in musicals at Haw Par Villa, Sandy Phillips in the musical Nancy and Ong Keng Sen in Beauty World (which toured also in Japan). Zoe has also appeared on television in the popular Singaporean sitcom Under One Roof playing 'Michelle Matthews'. Zoe was last seen on stage in The Actors Studio production of Of Men and Other Familiar Strangers.
