The Australian High Commission Kuala Lumpur invites applications for the following position:

PROMOTIONS OFFICER (LE 6)
Public Affairs Section
Salary Range RM1,543.00 - 1,633.00

Duties:

* Coordinate publicity and administrative activities for the Cultural Relations Program

* Maintain the Cultural Program database

* Provide administrative support for Media and Promotional activities

* Liaison with Webmaster in maintaining the High Commission's Website

* Perform out of office duties such as liaison with Malaysian government agencies

 

Selection Criteria:

* High level of clerical and administrative skills

* Good spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language

* Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills

* Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Access and basic website skills

* Experience in arts administration would be desirable.
